Late night opening ,Bury christmas lights switch on

We are open late this coming Thursday 17th call in for a cup of tea and a mince pie with plenty of running chat!

Steve Robinson is joining Runability

The Runability store as from November 14th will be opening on a Monday 10:00-17:30

Steve will be in the store from Monday 14th November!

Steve is an ex RAF Physical Training and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor and a leading club runner in Suffolk and the East Anglia region. Claiming the Suffolk cross country title in 2010.

His best results to date include numerous local race wins, where you will find him most weekends.

Nationally this year Steve has finished

52^nd from 1300 runners in the English National Cross Country Championships,

88^th from almost 35,000 runners in the London marathon running 2hours 34mins.

Internationally this year Steve finished

2^nd Amsterdam half marathon from over 11,000 runners

Steve can be found running many miles around Bury St Edmunds, competing locally for St Edmund Pacers or nationally with Bedford and County AC.

Steve is in the shop on Mondays and come the New Year will be leading an informal friendly running group on a Saturday morning.

He is also available privately to coach and guide you to your fitness goal whether it is completion of next year’s London Marathon or to lose weight and improve fitness for summer .
